Considering Tanning Alternatives
South Florida residents should feel proud of being able to sunbathe in December. After all, this is why we live in Florida. However, in recent times we have seen a huge spike in the number of skin cancer cases associated with sunbathing. This has also given birth to an entire array of alternatives to sunbathing including but not limited to spray tanning and self-tanners solutions.
The numbers of Miami spray tanning salons is on the rise for a reason. Sunbathing especially in Florida and throughout the Caribbean is quite dangerous for those with pail and fair skin. One of the reasons is our closeness to the equator where the sun is closers to the earth. In the 1970s the tanning bed industry step in and promoted tanning salons using tanning beds as an alternative to sunbathing. During this time even in places like South Florida the number of Miami tanning salons boomed. Since then the FDA has published several warnings in regards to this practice.
Today South Floridians have several options when it comes to tanning. This ranges from self- tanning solutions, sometimes called bronzers to specialized spray tanning salons in Miami. For those who are more health conscious some of Miami's best tanning salons are now offering organic formulations.
Many companies including Bronze BioLOGIC are now offering airbrush tanning solutions that are made out of 100% organic ingredients. In many locations at no extra cost you can opt for one of these health-conscious formulations that offer no preservative and chemical free ingredients. However, like with any new trendy products or service not all spray tanning salons are created equal. You may have to try a few different places before you find a provider a formulation that matches your complexion and skin type.
Airbrush or spray tanning is a perfect example of how an educated consumer creates healthier choices about the products they consume. While the spray tanning industry still in an infant state, meaning there is not enough data or studies, many are hoping that this new alternative to tanning has an impact on the number of skin cancer cases as a result of sunbathing.

What is Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Insurance?
Florida requires everyone who drives to carry Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Insurance. The Florida legislature has also made several changes in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) law that many people are not aware of! The new changes to the legislation are due to take effect on January 1, 2013 and were passed with the intent to insurance fraud but the reality is that all it has accomplish is a rate hike and diminished coverage according to many personal injury attorneys in Miami. One of the major changes to the law is the 14 day time limitation to seeking medical attention.
Many consumer groups also claim that the changes to the PIP law has reality hurt multiple non-insurance groups including some medical providers and especially injured motorists.
So What is Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Insurance?
According to a Boca Raton CarAccident Attorney PIP Insurance is also known as Florida No Fault Insurance and it was designed to provide you with insurance coverage, regardless of who is at fault in the accident. PIP insurance will also cover your children, members of your household, and passengers who don’t have their own PIP insurance, provided that they do not own a vehicle.
Passengers in your vehicle who carry PIP will receive coverage for their medical treatment under their own PIP policies. Your PIP insurance will also cover your children in the event that they are injured while riding on a school bus. PIP insurance coverage also protects you while you are in someone else’s vehicle, as a pedestrian, or bicyclist if you are injured in a motor vehicle accident.
The Florida Motor Vehicle No Fault Law, requires all motor vehicle owners to carry a minimum of $10,000.00 of Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and $10,000.00 of property damage liability (PDL) if you own a motor vehicle in Florida. Florida law requires that you maintain PIP/PDL insurance continuously throughout the licensing and registration period. As simple as this sound is actually a very complicated piece of legislation that was heavily lobbied by the insurance industry. This is why on every other commercial on TV they tell you if involve in an accident call 911 and then call an experience Florida personal injury attorney!
The insurance companies are not in the business of paying claim, as a matter of fact the minute you are involve in an accident their legal team is going to start working on your case and figure out how can they settle it for the least amount of money. Insurance companies hire nothing but top layer to represent them and so should you! If involved in an accident consider hiring a seasoned personal injury attorney with litigation experience.

Car alarm for your lease vehicle!
In Miami the thief of pricey factory wheels and tires from covered parking spaces and even car dealership seems to be a consistent spot on the daily news. Even with wheel locks, with enough time and privacy thieves are able to remove many factory wheels without anyone noticing living the vehicles to be found by their owners sitting on blocks without wheels or tires. The majority of these events consist of lease vehicles. A lease is nothing but a fancy word for rent. You basically pay a monthly fee for the use of the vehicle. At the same time you have to follow a set of rules impairing you from making any alterations to the vehicle such as adding a car alarm, changing or upgrading the stereo and even things like window tinting.
The fact is that there are many Miami car alarm shops whose work is so seamless that you were able to do any of these upgrades without any damage and in a reversible way so that you are able to return the vehicle without breaching your lease agreement. I drive a lease vehicle and yes I have an aftermarket car alarm and window tinting done to it. I'm not going to say it was an impulse decision at the two around several shops specializing in car alarm installation in Miami. What many people don't know, and here is what a quality shot comes into place is that the factory keyless entry on many high-end luxury vehicles can be upgraded to a full blown car alarm without altering the integrity of the system. This is what I did with my X5 BMW.
When it comes to window tinting, it's all about the quality. When you talk about quality window tinting you talking about the inventor of window tint 3M! There are many Miami window tinting shops and yes many that claim to have 3M but few are actually authorize dealers. Usually the best way to figure this out is by visiting the manufacturer’s website, where they usually have a way to buy link. I ended up going to a place called Hialeah window tinting. It was a little bit out of the way for me but well worth it. I opted for a 35% metallic film that matches perfectly with my silver X5 BMW.

Securing your financial future!
America is known as the land of opportunity but opportunity doesn't come without risk and obligations. Of no fault of their own many people found themselves in severe financial hardship after the market collapse of 2007. The financial hardship was followed by a landslide of foreclosures many which could have been prevented. I live in Miami and unlike LA and New York, South Florida was severely impacted by the financial and foreclosure crisis.
Many people don't realize that bankruptcy laws are put in place to protect and not penalize those facing financial difficulties. It was not until I consulted a Hialeah bankruptcy attorney then I realized that filing bankruptcy was more of a blessing than a burden. I think the mistakes that I’ve made were seeking the help of General Counsel rather than that of a Miami foreclosure defense attorney.
It did not take long for banks to realize that foreclosing on a property was not only expensive but then after acquiring the property there was no one there to buy it! It is in this instance were a seasoned bankruptcy attorney in Miami comes into play.
Via my attorney I was able to accomplish several things. For one put a stop to the foreclosure process. This was done by filing a chapter 13 bankruptcy. Second, this force my none responding lender to come to the table and renegotiate the terms of the loan in a way that not only I can afford the payments but they can get their money. These guys are not stupid at the end of the day all day one just their money. I just wish I would've gotten this type of help a year ago. I think the problem lies with the lack of information and in some cases bad information surrounding bankruptcy. Bankruptcy is not a death sentence but rather laws that have been put in place to give those in financial hardship a second chance.
